Jessica Le was born in West Valley City, Utah and moved to San Francisco to attend California College of the Arts, where she studied for one year before transferring to San Francisco State University. She graduated with a BA in Cinema in Spring of 2019 and has worked on a number of professional productions as assistant camera and production assistant. For her own projects, her interests lie within exploring the Asian American experience as well as connection, intimacy, and its effects on the people involved — no matter how constant or fleeting. Her completed thesis film titled, “No Forks in the Road” is available to stream through FOFIF and she is currently in post production for her next short film, “Mis Perfect”.
